Raphaël Ghiandai occupe les fonctions de directeur financier et administratif et de trésorier de la Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco.

Safeya Zeitoun is the CEO of Tameo Impact Fund Solutions, a trusted provider of independent, data-driven solutions for the impact investing ecosystem. With expertise in impact measurement, management, and reporting, she works at the intersection of finance and development to enhance transparency and comparability in impact investing.
At Tameo, Safeya leads strategic initiatives to support investors in navigating evolving impact reporting requirements and regulatory frameworks, ensuring greater clarity and alignment with industry standards. Before joining Tameo, she was an Impact Measurement Specialist at Symbiotics, where she contributed to developing impact assessment methodologies across financial inclusion and climate finance.
She is an Executive Board Member of the Swiss Platform for Impact Investing, and actively engages with key industry networks such as the Association of European Development Finance Institutions (EDFI) and the Social Performance Task Force to drive best practices, regulatory alignment, and harmonisation efforts in impact investing.
Safeya holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
Michael is the Chief Executive Officer at BlueOrchard. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s strategic direction and execution of its mission to drive sustainable investment solutions. He leads the executive and extended management teams and has overall executive responsibility for the firm’s client and business operations. In his prior role, he was the Head Investment Solutions & Private Equity, overseeing the portfolio management and asset allocation of BlueOrchard’s funds and mandates as well as the development of product solutions. He chaired several investment committees in private debt and private equity. He has over 20 years of in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in public and private markets investment management and design and development of product and investment solutions. Prior to joining BlueOrchard, Michael held several management positions at Partners Group in Switzerland and the UK.
Michael is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich.
Maria Teresa is responsible for the Public Private Partnership (PPP) funds under BlueOrchard’s management and impact practice. Maria Teresa joined BlueOrchard in 2008 as Chief Investment Officer. Previously Maria Teresa worked as Senior Banker in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development financial institution team both in London and Central Asia. Prior to that she worked for the Asian Development Bank in Manila and was an ODI Fellow in Africa.
Maria Teresa holds a M.Phil degree in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies at Sussex University and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Florence.
Veronika has over 20 years of experience in emerging markets and impact finance. She was appointed Head of Impact Management in 2022. Previously, she was Head of Risk Management and member of the investment origination team, responsible for the regions in Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean, as well as other countries in Africa and Asia. She has been a voting member of various BlueOrchard committees, including the Risk, Investment, and Impact Committees.
Prior to joining BlueOrchard, Veronika worked at an international credit rating institution in Latin America and at a European bank on the derivatives pricing project team.
Veronika is an economist and holds an MSc in Economic Development from the University of Glasgow.
Before joining BlueOrchard, Sébastien worked in Paris for nine years for Réunica, a major French institutional investor. He was responsible for portfolio management, asset-liability management, asset allocation and mutual fund selection in multiple asset classes.
Prior to this, he held various roles at Caisse d’Epargne des Alpes in Grenoble for two years in the asset management team. Sébastien travelled by bicycle for two years on the American continent from Alaska to Patagonia to meet MFIs and microfinance customers on the way.
Sébastien holds a Masters Degree in Management from Grenoble Graduate Business School and is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).
Evariste is head of public debt portfolio management at BlueOrchard. Before joining BlueOrchard in 2017, Evariste worked at BlackRock (formerly Barclays Global Investors) in London from 2004 to 2016, where he managed active investment strategies across fixed income. Evariste holds an MSc in Financial Markets and Investments from Skema Business School and a Master’s degree from Paris Graduate School Of Management.
Over her past six years at BlueOrchard, Nadina has been key to the development of BlueOrchard impact management and measurement system and to the BlueOrchard annual impact reporting. She has worked on both private and public markets funds under BlueOrchard management developing their impact theory of change, setting impact KPIs, and tracking progress in achieving the respective impact goals. Over the past three years Nadina has worked closely with the sustainability heads at Schroders Capital in developing a sustainability and impact framework that could encompass all private markets teams’ activities including the development of the Schroders Capital Sustainability and Impact Policy and Report. Today, Nadina is part of the Impact team at Schroders, where she developed Schroders Impact Framework, leveraging her work at BlueOrchard, with the objective to scale impact across listed and private asset classes with integrity.
Lucas is a member of BlueOrchard’s Business Development team and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
With a background in both politics and finance, he has gained experience in diverse impact-related organizations before joining BlueOrchard six years ago. Lucas holds a Master’s degree in International Affaires from Sciences Po Lyon and a Master’s degree in Business management from EM Lyon Business School.
