- Why did you join BlueOrchard?

- What do you enjoy most about working at BlueOrchard?
“One of the key reasons I enjoy my time at BlueOrchard is the colleagues I work with. I am fortunate to collaborate with some brilliant and inspiring individuals who are also genuinely decent human beings. Given the amount of time we spend at work, having a positive environment and enjoying the company of those around us is essential. Additionally, meeting inspiring and impactful founders and executives makes my work much more interesting.”
- What do you like most about working in the impact investing industry?
“What I like most about working in the impact investing industry is the opportunity to meet company founders who have built impactful, innovative, and profitable businesses. I am continually impressed by their stories and the ideas that inspire their companies. Witnessing first-hand the outcomes of their ambition, self-confidence, and determination is always refreshing and motivating.”
- What is your passion beside BlueOrchard?
“Besides my work at BlueOrchard, my passion lies in education and the empowerment of children. I am particularly interested in being involved in initiatives and projects that utilise education in its various forms to inspire, empower, and transform others. Many boys and young men are struggling to navigate life and achieve meaningful goals, and I believe much more can be done to support them so they are not left behind.”

“What motivates me is the opportunity to confront new challenges that equip me with valuable skills and knowledge. Additionally, knowing that my work and efforts make a difference in the lives of others is incredibly fulfilling and drives me to continue striving for excellence.”
