This week, we had the pleasure of speaking with Nino Sheradze, Head of Operations, based in Georgia.

  • Nino, what motivates you – professionally and personally?

Personally it’s the possibility of being a reason for someone else’s success. Whether it’s supporting my team’s growth at work or guiding my children as they discover their own strengths, I find energy in helping others move forward. Seeing someone gain confidence, develop new skills, or achieve something they once doubted, knowing I played even a small part in that journey is incredibly fulfilling. For me, true success is not measured by individual milestones, but by the growth we help create in others.

  • What is the best advice you have ever received?

“I am because we are.” – My father once shared with me this Southern African philosophy, known as Ubuntu, and it has stayed with me ever since. It reminds us that our humanity is not built alone. We become who we are through others: through relationships, shared experiences, and mutual support. It teaches that success is never purely individual, that empathy strengthens us all, and that our responsibility to one another is what truly defines us. Our humanity exists in connection and grows when we lift others with us.

  • What is the most memorable experience you have had at BlueOrchard so far?

A standout moment in my time at BlueOrchard was receiving the Team Spirit Award in 2022. It was a challenging year. I had just stepped into a new role, with a largely new team, building almost everything from scratch. That recognition meant more than an award; it showed the trust and collaboration we had built. Today, the team has grown from five to twelve, proof of what we achieved together.

  • If you could describe your experience at BlueOrchard in three words, what would they be?

Teamwork, support and trust!

Thank you, Nino!
